1. Subscription Billing

GoMylink operates on a prepaid subscription model:

  • Monthly plans are billed in advance.
  • Yearly plans are billed in advance at a discounted rate.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate billing
  • Technical issues preventing use of the Service where support is unable to resolve the issue
  • Unauthorized transactions verified by our team

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Partial usage
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date

3. Cancellations

You may cancel anytime through your dashboard.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • No further charges will be applied.

4. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
